For the Steak

- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
