- 4 lobster tails (4-6 oz each)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges for serving
Prepare the lobster tails: Using kitchen scissors, cut through the top shell lengthwise, stopping at the tail fin. Gently pull the meat out and rest it on top of the shell.
Make the garlic butter: In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Preheat the broiler: Set your oven to broil and position the oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source.
Brush the lobster tails: Generously coat the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture.
Broil the lobster tails: Place them on a baking sheet and broil for 8-10 minutes until the meat is opaque and slightly golden on top.
Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
