For the Burger Patties
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
For the Burger Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp pickle relish
- ½ tsp paprika
For Assembly
- 4 large burger buns
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 slices American cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- Pickle slices
- 1 tbsp butter for toasting buns
Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, and paprika in a bowl. Mix until smooth and refrigerate.
