Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp moked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Chicken:
    Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Coat them with olive oil and season evenly with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and chili powder if using.
  • Preheat the Griddle:
    Heat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat. Drizzle a little olive oil on the surface to prevent sticking.
  • Cook the Chicken:
    Place the chicken breasts on the griddle. Cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Rest the Chicken:
    Remove the chicken from the griddle and let it rest for 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
  • Garnish and Serve:
    Slice the chicken if desired and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

Make sure the chicken is evenly seasoned for a consistent flavor profile. Adjust the spice level to your preference.
