Ingredients
  

  • 1 box (3 oz) blue raspberry Jell-O
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup coconut rum (e.g., Malibu)
  • ¼ cup Blue Curaçao
  • ¼ cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup cold water
  • Whipped cream (for topping, optional)
  • Maraschino cherries (for garnish, optional)

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Jell-O Mixture

  • In a mixing bowl, dissolve the blue raspberry Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.

Step 2: Add the Alcohol & Flavorings

  • Stir in cold water, pineapple juice, coconut rum, and Blue Curaçao, mixing well to combine.

Step 3: Pour & Chill

  • Pour the mixture into shot cups or mini plastic containers.
  • Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until the Jell-O is fully set.

Step 4: Garnish & Serve

  • Before serving, top each shot with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry for an extra tropical touch.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you prefer stronger shots, reduce the cold water and increase the rum slightly.
  • For a non-alcoholic version, replace the alcohol with coconut water or extra pineapple juice.
  • To make layered shots, prepare half of the Jell-O mixture first, let it set, then add a second layer with another flavored Jell-O.
