The Blue Hawaiian Cocktail is a tropical, refreshing drink made with coconut rum, Blue Curaçao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut. It’s a sweet and vibrant blue cocktail perfect for summer parties and beach vibes!

- 1 ½  oz (45ml)  coconut rum (e.g., Malibu)
 - ¾  oz (22ml)  Blue Curaçao
 - 2 oz (60ml)  pineapple juice
 - 2 oz (30ml)  cream of coconut
 - 2  cup  crushed ice
 - Pineapple wedge & maraschino cherry (for garnish)
 
 
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add the coconut rum, Blue Curaçao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut.
Step 3: Serve & Garnish
Pour the cocktail into a hurricane glass or a tall glass.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry on top.
Serve immediately and enjoy your Blue Hawaiian!
 
- If you prefer a stronger drink, add an extra ½ oz of rum.
 
- Cream of coconut vs. coconut milk: Cream of coconut is sweeter and thicker, giving the drink a richer texture. If using coconut milk, add a dash of simple syrup for sweetness.
 
- Blending makes it more like a piña colada, while shaking keeps it light and refreshing.
