For the Bourbon Slush:
- 2 cup strong brewed black tea, cooled
 - 1 cup bourbon
 - 1/2 cup orange juice
 - 1/2 cup lemon juice
 - 1/3 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
 - 2 cup ginger ale or lemon-lime soda
 - 4 cup crushed ice

For the Drunken Cherries:
- 1 cup fresh or maraschino cherries (pitted)
 - 1/2 cup bourbon (or cherry liqueur)
 - 1 tbsp sugar
 - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Prepare the Drunken Cherries (At Least 8 Hours Before Serving):
In a small jar, combine cherries, bourbon (or cherry liqueur), sugar, and vanilla extract.
Stir well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 8 hours (or up to 24 hours for a stronger flavor).
Make the Bourbon Slush:
In a large mixing bowl, combine brewed tea, bourbon, orange juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 4-6 hours, stirring occasionally to create a slushy consistency.
Before serving, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften.
Assemble the Cocktail:
Scoop the bourbon slush into a glass, filling it about 3/4 full.
Top with a splash of ginger ale or lemon-lime soda.
Garnish with a few drunken cherries and drizzle a bit of the cherry-infused bourbon over the top.

- The longer you soak the cherries, the stronger they’ll be!

- You can make the slush in advance and store it in the freezer for up to a week.

- If you prefer a stronger drink, reduce the amount of ginger ale.
