Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz ziti pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Cook ziti according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet, add chicken, and cook until golden. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Reduce heat and stir in cream, broth, and Boursin cheese until smooth and melted.
  • Add mozzarella, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Stir until creamy and thickened.
  • Combine pasta, chicken, and sauce in a large bowl. Mix to coat evenly.
  • Transfer to baking dish and top with extra cheese.
  • Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

  • Substitute penne or rigatoni if ziti isn’t available.
  • Use Boursin Shallot & Chive for a flavour twist.
