- 12 oz ziti pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cubed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Cook ziti according to package directions; drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, add chicken, and cook until golden. Season with salt and pepper.
Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Reduce heat and stir in cream, broth, and Boursin cheese until smooth and melted.
Add mozzarella, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Stir until creamy and thickened.
Combine pasta, chicken, and sauce in a large bowl. Mix to coat evenly.
Transfer to baking dish and top with extra cheese.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
