Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless or bone-in pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Prepare the coating: In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Whisk eggs and milk together in another bowl.
  • Coat the pork chops: Dip each chop into the egg mixture, then into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Arrange the pork chops in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).
  • Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C)
  • Rest for 5 minutes before serving to keep them juicy.
