- 4 boneless or bone-in pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Non-stick cooking spray
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
Prepare the coating: In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Whisk eggs and milk together in another bowl.
Coat the pork chops: Dip each chop into the egg mixture, then into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Arrange the pork chops in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).
Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C)
Rest for 5 minutes before serving to keep them juicy.
- Use panko breadcrumbs for an extra crispy coating.
- Don’t overcrowd the basket — air circulation is key to crispiness.
- Add a sprinkle of cayenne pepper for a spicy kick.
- For extra flavor, marinate pork chops in buttermilk for an hour before breading.
- Let chops rest before serving to seal in juices.
