Ingredients
  

  • 1 round Brie cheese (200–250 g)
  • ½ cup dried cranberries or cranberry sauce
  • ¼ cup walnuts, chopped and lightly toasted
  • 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)
  • Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) if serving warm.
  • Place the Brie on an oven-safe dish or baking tray.
  • Top with cranberries and chopped walnuts.
  • Drizzle lightly with honey or maple syrup, if using.
  • Bake for 10–15 minutes until the Brie is soft and gooey.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
