Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed
  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets, lightly steamed
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup mayonnaise or sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs or crushed crackers
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Steam broccoli until just tender and arrange in a greased baking dish.
  • Layer cooked chicken on top of the broccoli.
  • In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the sauce evenly over the chicken and broccoli.
  • Sprinkle cheddar and parmesan cheese on top.
  • Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and spread as a topping.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Serve hot with rice, pasta, or a fresh salad.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
  • Fresh or frozen broccoli works well.
  • Lighten it with Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
  • Sharp cheddar adds more flavour depth.
  • Make ahead and refrigerate before baking.
