Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked pork, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup lima beans
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in shredded chicken and pork, cooking for 3–4 minutes.
  • Pour in chicken broth and crushed tomatoes, stirring well.
  • Add lima beans, corn, and potatoes to the pot.
  • Season with salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Reduce heat and let simmer for 60–90 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve hot with cornbread or crackers.

  • Substitute turkey for chicken if desired.
