  • ½ cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Cheese Topping

  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and golden.
  • Reduce the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Spread the roasted potatoes evenly in the dish.
  • Layer the Buffalo chicken mixture over the potatoes.
  • Sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses evenly over the top.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
