Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie or boiled)
  • ½ cups Buffalo sauce (Frank’s RedHot or any preferred brand)
  • ½ cups cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cups ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing)
  • 1 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp butter (optional, for extra richness)
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

For Serving:

  • Tortilla chips
  • Crackers
  • Celery sticks
  • Carrot sticks

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top for an extra cheesy layer.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.

Notes

For a spicier dip, add extra Buffalo sauce or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
