- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie or boiled)
- ½ cups Buffalo sauce (Frank’s RedHot or any preferred brand)
- ½ cups cream cheese, softened
- ½ cups ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing)
- 1 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp butter (optional, for extra richness)
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
For Serving:
- Tortilla chips
- Crackers
- Celery sticks
- Carrot sticks
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top for an extra cheesy layer.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
For a spicier dip, add extra Buffalo sauce or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
