Ingredients
  

For the Buffalo Chicken

  • 2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • ½ cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

For the Wraps

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • ½ cup celery, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
  • Heat each tortilla briefly. This makes rolling easier and prevents cracking.
  • Place lettuce, carrots, celery, and cheese in the center of each tortilla. Then add the Buffalo chicken mixture.
  • Drizzle ranch or blue cheese dressing over the filling. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Fold the sides inward. Roll tightly to secure all ingredients inside.
  • Slice each wrap diagonally and serve immediately.
