Ingredients

  • 8–10 slider buns

  • Butter for toasting buns

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix gently.
  • Divide the mixture into small, equal portions and shape into mini patties.
  • Heat a skillet or grill over medium heat and cook patties for 2–3 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  • Place cheese on patties during the last minute of cooking to melt.
  • Lightly butter and toast slider buns until golden.
  • Serve warm.
