Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1½ teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Toss squash fries with olive oil and seasonings.
  • Sprinkle lightly with cornstarch if using.
  • Arrange fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, flip, and bake another 10–15 minutes.
  • Serve hot with dipping sauce.

  • Cut fries evenly for uniform cooking.
