- 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cut into fries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1½ teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss squash fries with olive oil and seasonings.
Sprinkle lightly with cornstarch if using.
Arrange fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes, flip, and bake another 10–15 minutes.
