- 4 snapper fillets (6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Lemon wedges for serving
Cajun Blackening Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt

Pat the snapper fillets dry with paper towels. Brush both sides lightly with melted butter.
