For the Chicken
- 6 boneless chicken thighs or breasts
- 2 tablespoons Calabrian chili paste
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
For the Creamy Herb Sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon basil, chopped

In a large bowl, combine Calabrian chili paste, garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Coat the chicken thoroughly and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
