- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 can (16 oz) pork and beans
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) butter beans, drained
- ½ cup ketchup
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup molasses
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain the excess fat.
