Ingredients
  

  • 1 can (12 oz) pork (shredded or chunks)
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, and corn)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chicken or pork broth (or water)
  • Cooked rice or bread for serving

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Ingredients:
    Drain the canned pork and shred or chop it into bite-sized pieces if needed.
  • Sauté Aromatics:
    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  • Cook the Pork:
    Add the canned pork to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5 minutes until slightly crispy.
  • Add Vegetables:
    Toss in the mixed vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Season:
    Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, paprika, and black pepper. Mix well to coat everything evenly.
  • Simmer:
    Add broth and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the flavors combine.
  • Serve:
    Remove from heat and serve hot over rice or with bread.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a splash of sesame oil at the end.
  • Customize with your favorite veggies, such as bell peppers or zucchini.
