- 1 1/2 oz 45 ml) Bacardi 151 (or a high-proof rum substitute, as Bacardi 151 is discontinued)
- 1 oz (30 ml) Malibu Coconut Rum
- 5 oz (150 ml) Pineapple Juice
- Ice (as needed)
1.Fill a shaker or glass with ice.
2.Pour the Bacardi 151, Malibu Coconut Rum, and pineapple juice over the ice.
3.Stir or shake gently to mix.
4.Pour the cocktail into a serving glass.
5.Garnish with a slice of pineapple or a cherry (optional).
- Bacardi 151 is highly flammable and potent, so always handle it with care. If it's unavailable, you can use another high-proof rum like Lemon Hart or Hamilton 151.
