  • 1 cup chamoy sauce
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup tajin seasoning
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • Few Couple Skewers

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pickles:
Drain the dill pickles and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Insert a skewer or pickle stick through each pickle for easy handling.
  • Make the Chamoy Mixture:
In a large bowl, combine the chamoy sauce, sugar, lime juice, and hot sauce (if using). Mix well until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Coat the Pickles:
Dip each pickle into the chamoy mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.
Place the coated pickles on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Season the Pickles:
Sprinkle the tajin seasoning generously over the pickles.
You can add more chamoy sauce on top if you prefer a stronger flavor.
  • Chill and Serve:
Refrigerate the chamoy pickles for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
    Serve chilled and enjoy!
