Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen mango (or other fruit)
  • ½ cup mango juice or water
  • 3 tbsp chamoy sauce
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1 tbsp Tajin or chili powder
  • 2 tbsp fresh fruit chunks (mango, pineapple, or watermelon)
  • 1 tamarind candy stick (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Blend frozen mango with juice until smooth.
  • Drizzle chamoy sauce inside a tall glass.
  • Fill the glass halfway with the mango mixture.
  • Add a layer of chamoy and a sprinkle of chili powder.
  • Top with the remaining mango blend.
  • Garnish with fresh fruit, lime juice, and more chamoy.
  • Insert a tamarind candy stick for an authentic touch.
  • Serve chilled with a spoon or straw.

Notes

  • You can use pineapple, watermelon, or a mix of fruits for variations.
  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less chili powder.
  • Homemade chamoy gives a fresher flavor compared to store-bought.
