  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 small onion or shallots (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • Sear chicken until golden on both sides, then remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.

  • Return chicken to the pan and simmer for 15–20 minutes.
  • Stir in heavy cream and cook until the sauce thickens.
