Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) chilled champagne or sparkling wine
  • 2 cups chilled orange juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup cranberry juice or pomegranate juice
  • ¼ cup simple syrup or sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup fresh fruits (orange slices, strawberries, grapes, or berries)
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Chill all ingredients thoroughly before starting.
  • In a large punch bowl, combine orange juice, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, and simple syrup.
  • Add fresh fruit slices and gently stir.
  • Just before serving, slowly pour in the chilled champagne to retain its fizz.
  • Add ice if desired and garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
