- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef (80/20)
- 4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened
- 2–3 jalapeños, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices cheddar cheese (optional)
- Lettuce, tomato, and pickles for topping
- Butter or oil for grilling
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese with chopped jalapeños; set aside.
Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions and flatten them into thin patties.
Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture on four patties, then top each with another patty, sealing the edges.
