Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out puff pastry slightly on a floured surface.
  • Brush melted butter evenly over the pastry.
  • Sprinkle cheese, garlic powder, herbs, and salt evenly on top.
  • Roll the pastry tightly into a log.
  • Slice into ½-inch rounds and place on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed.
  • Cool slightly and serve warm.
