Ghost Cheesecake Brownies are a combination of chocolate brownies and creamy cheesecake topping, decorated as ghosts for Halloween. They are fun, festive, and easy to prepare, making them a popular seasonal dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box brownie mix (or homemade brownie batter)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Candy eyes or melted chocolate for decorating

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a baking pan.
  • Prepare the brownie batter and pour most of it into the pan.
  • Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the cheesecake mixture onto the batter.
  • Swirl or shape into ghost-like dollops with a knife.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes until set.
  • Cool completely, then add candy eyes or pipe chocolate faces.

Notes

  • Always soften cream cheese before mixing for smooth consistency.
  • Use parchment paper for easy removal from the pan.
  • Do not overbake, or the cheesecake may crack.
  • Chill before slicing for neat squares.
  • Store in the refrigerator for freshness.
