Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups finely chopped broccoli (steamed lightly)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon oregano or mixed herbs
  • 1–2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Steam the broccoli lightly and chop it finely once cooled.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, and garlic.
  • Add the egg, salt, pepper, and spices, then mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls or patties.
  • Place them on the baking tray and lightly brush or spray with olive oil.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
