  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • ½ cup milk or heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ½ small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 Buldak seasoning packet (from noodles)
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook Noodles: Boil the ramen noodles for 2–3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • Make the Sauce: In a skillet, melt butter. Add onions and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  • Add Cream Base: Stir in cream cheese, milk, soy sauce, and the Buldak seasoning packet. Mix until smooth.
  • Combine: Add the cooked noodles and shredded chicken. Toss well to coat everything evenly.
  • Bake: Transfer to a baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella on top and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10–15 minutes.
  • Serve: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use original or hot Buldak ramen depending on your spice tolerance.
  • Add extra milk for a creamier texture if the sauce thickens too much.
  • Substitute chicken with tofu or vegetables for a vegetarian option.
  • You can make it ahead of time and refrigerate before baking.
  • Leftovers taste even better the next day after the flavours deepen.
