- 2 packs Buldak ramen noodles
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup cream cheese
- ½ cup milk or heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ½ small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 Buldak seasoning packet (from noodles)
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Cook Noodles: Boil the ramen noodles for 2–3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Make the Sauce: In a skillet, melt butter. Add onions and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
