Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups sweet corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup milk or cream
  • ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup cream cheese (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add corn kernels and sauté for 3–4 minutes.
  • Stir in milk or cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Add cream cheese (if using) and mix until smooth.
  • Stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and optional spices.

Notes

  • Fresh or frozen corn gives best texture.
  • Cheddar adds sharp flavor; mild cheese works too.
