Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • ½ green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Chopped parsley or green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
  • Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, brown sugar, and seasonings. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Reduce heat and add cream cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.
  • Mix in half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions before serving.
