Ingredients
  

  • 3 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Prepare the stuffing mix according to package instructions and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the cooked chicken evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  • Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken, spreading it evenly.
  • Sprinkle the prepared stuffing mix on top, followed by melted butter.
  • If using, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Substitute cream of mushroom soup for a different flavor.
  • Add vegetables like green beans or peas for extra nutrition.
