- 3 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cup milk
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Prepare the stuffing mix according to package instructions and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread the cooked chicken evenly in the prepared baking dish.
Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken, spreading it evenly.
Sprinkle the prepared stuffing mix on top, followed by melted butter.
If using, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
