  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
  • 1 bunch asparagus (trimmed and cut into pieces)
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup (or homemade white sauce)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for greasing)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish with butter.
  • Blanch the asparagus in boiling water for 2–3 minutes, then drain.
  • In a large bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add cooked chicken and asparagus to the mixture and stir well.
  • Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
