For the Casserole:

- 1 (16 oz) package frozen tater tots
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- ¾ cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Prepare the Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Assemble the Casserole:
Add the cooked chicken to the bowl and mix until coated in the sauce.
Stir in half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the greased baking dish.
Sprinkle half of the crumbled bacon over the mixture.
Arrange the tater tots in a single layer on top.
