- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 12 oz smoked sausage (sliced)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp butter or oil
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Heat butter or oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
