Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Topping:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a baking dish, spread chicken evenly and top with vegetables.
  • In a bowl, whisk chicken broth, cream, cream of chicken soup, and seasonings. Pour over chicken.
  • In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk and melted butter to form batter.
  • Spoon batter evenly over the chicken mixture.
  • Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, until topping is golden and filling is bubbly.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
