- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tbsp cumin
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- Salt to taste

- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Prepare the Chicken Hearts: Rinse the chicken hearts thoroughly under cold water. Remove any excess fat or connective tissue if needed. Season: In a large bowl, mix chicken hearts with olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, black pepper, and salt. Add soy sauce if desired. Let marinate for 10 minutes. Heat the Pan: Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add a splash of olive oil. Cook the Hearts: Add the marinated chicken hearts to the skillet. Sauté for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are cooked through and slightly browned. Rest and Garnish: Remove from heat and let the chicken hearts rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
