- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¾ cup Marsala wine
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft. Stir in mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture.
