Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
Gradually add chicken broth and milk, stirring continuously until thickened.
Stir in chicken, carrots, peas, potatoes, and celery. Cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
Pour the filling into a pie dish lined with pie crust.
Cover with the top pie crust, seal the edges, and cut slits in the top for steam to escape.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a crispier crust, brush the top with an egg wash before baking.
