  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup crispy bacon bits (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Pasta: Boil macaroni according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  • Prepare the Cheese Sauce: In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add the Dairy: Gradually whisk in milk and heavy cream, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  • Melt the Cheese: Reduce heat and add cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth.
  • Season the Sauce: Add ranch seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and paprika. Mix well.
  • Combine Everything: Stir in the cooked pasta and shredded chicken until fully coated.
  • Final Touch: Sprinkle crispy bacon bits (if using) and green onions on top before serving.

Notes
