Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pound 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breast or thigh, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • Minced1-inch piece of Ginger
  • 1 Grated Onion Sliced
  • 1 Bell Pepper, Sliced
  • 1 Carrot, julienned
  • 1 Cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 Cup Snap Peas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  • Once the oil is hot, add the chicken strips and cook until they are browned and cooked through. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.
  • In the same pan, add the sliced onion and cook until it becomes translucent.
  • Add the bell pepper, carrot,broccoli, and snap peas to the pan and stir fry for about 3-4 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Return the cooked chicken to the pan and pour the stir fry sauce over the ingredients.
  • Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken slightly.
