Tips for a Perfect Chicken Stir Fry
To elevate your chicken stir fry to the next level, consider these tips:
- Use high heat: Cooking on high heat ensures that the chicken and vegetables cook quickly, retaining their vibrant colors and crispness.
- Prep ingredients in advance: Chop the chicken, slice the vegetables, and make the stir fry sauce ahead of time to streamline the cooking process.
- Add a variety of vegetables: Experiment with different vegetables to add texture, color, and nutritional value to your stir fry.
- Don't overcrowd the pan: Cook the chicken and vegetables in batches if needed, allowing enough space for them to cook evenly.
- Add garnishes: Sprinkle sesame seeds, chopped green onions, or cilantro on top of the finished dish to enhance its visual appeal and flavor.
