Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour (for dredging)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons capers (rinsed)
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally to create thin cutlets.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then lightly coat in flour.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  • Remove chicken and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add butter and garlic; sauté briefly.
  • Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping the pan.
  • Stir in capers and simmer for a few minutes.
  • Return chicken to the pan and spoon sauce over it.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
