Ingredients
  

  • 2 hash brown patties
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tbsp chili oil
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 1 fried egg (optional, for topping)

Instructions
 

  • Cook the hash brown patties according to package instructions until crispy and golden brown.
  • While the hash browns cook, mash the avocado in a bowl with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  • Once the hash browns are done, spread the mashed avocado evenly on top.
  • Drizzle chili oil over the avocado and sprinkle with red pepper flakes and sesame seeds.
  • (Optional) Top with a fried egg for extra flavor and protein.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
