Cook the hash brown patties according to package instructions until crispy and golden brown.
While the hash browns cook, mash the avocado in a bowl with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Once the hash browns are done, spread the mashed avocado evenly on top.
Drizzle chili oil over the avocado and sprinkle with red pepper flakes and sesame seeds.
