Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
  • ½ cup warm milk
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Chocolate Filling:

  • ½ cup dark chocolate, melted
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Sugar Syrup:

  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions
 

  • Activate yeast in warm milk with sugar.
  • Mix flour, eggs, butter, salt, and yeast mixture.
  • Knead until smooth and elastic.
  • Cover and let dough rise until doubled.
  • Roll dough into a rectangle.
  • Spread chocolate filling evenly.
  • Roll tightly into a log.
  • Place in a loaf pan.
  • Let rise again until puffy.
  • Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
