Ingredients
  

  • 3 packs OREO cookies
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or milk for lighter version)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Line a cake pan with parchment paper.
  • Arrange a layer of OREO cookies at the bottom.
  • In a saucepan, heat cream and butter until warm (do not boil).
  • Pour over chocolate chips and stir until smooth (ganache).
  • Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  • Pour a layer of chocolate ganache over the cookies.
  • Repeat layers of cookies and chocolate until the pan is filled.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  • Remove from pan, decorate, and serve.
