Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
  • 2–3 tbsp milk (dairy or plant-based)

Optional:

  • dark chocolate chips, chia seeds, flaxseeds, or shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Mix the Base
    In a large bowl, combine oats, protein powder, and cocoa powder.
  • Add Wet Ingredients
    Stir in peanut butter and honey. Mix until crumbly but sticky.
  • Adjust Consistency
    Add milk gradually until the mixture is soft enough to roll.
  • Shape into Balls
    Scoop small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  • Chill and Set
    Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before serving.
