- ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ½ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (optional)
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- ½ cup cold water
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- Thin citrus slices for decoration
Wash all citrus fruits thoroughly before juicing.
Combine orange, lemon, lime, and grapefruit juices in a large mixing bowl.
Add honey (or maple syrup) and whisk until completely dissolved.
Mix in cold water along with the lemon and orange zest.
Place a thin citrus slice and a mint leaf into each popsicle mold if desired.
Pour the juice mixture evenly into each mold.
Insert popsicle sticks.
Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until completely solid.
Run warm water over the outside of the molds for 15–20 seconds before removing the ice pops.
