Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 4 slices of bread, toasted
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 4 leaves of romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
  • Toast bread slices until golden brown.
  • Spread mayonnaise on each slice of bread.
  • Layer lettuce, tomato slices, and crispy bacon.
  • Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Top with remaining bread slice, cut in half, and serve.
